Refund policy
The 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to return something if it's not working for you. Items need to be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging. If it's been used or damaged, we can't accept it back.
How Returns Work
Email us at contact@groomsybeauty.com with your order number and why you're returning it. We'll review and send you instructions if approved. Don't just ship something back without asking first — we might not be able to process it.
You cover return shipping unless we messed up (sent the wrong thing, or it arrived damaged/defective). In those cases, we'll cover it.
If We Sent You the Wrong Thing
Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email us right away at contact@groomsybeauty.com We'll make it right and cover the return shipping.
Exchanges
We only do exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you just changed your mind, we'll refund you instead.
No Restocking Fees
We don't charge restocking fees. If your return is approved, you get your full refund.
How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days. We don't refund original shipping costs unless the return was our fault.
Missed a Discount Code?
Discount codes have to be entered at checkout. We can't apply them retroactively or refund you for codes you forgot to use.
