Free Shipping on Everything (U.S.)

All U.S. orders ship free. No minimum, no fine print. Just free shipping, every time.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

We now ship to the UK! Orders over $50 ship free. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.

Express Delivery

Need it faster? We offer Express Shipping for both U.S. ($25) and UK (£30) orders — select it at checkout.

When Your Order Ships

We process orders within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. Orders placed before 4 PM EST may ship the same day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • U.S. Standard: 7–10 business days (1–2 days processing + 6–8 days shipping)
  • U.S. Express: Faster — exact timeframe shown at checkout
  • UK Standard: Timeframe shown at checkout
  • UK Express: Faster — exact timeframe shown at checkout

Carriers occasionally run late due to weather or holidays. We'll always do our best.

Shipping Address

Double-check your address at checkout. We ship to whatever address you provide. If it's wrong or incomplete and your package gets lost or delayed, we can't be held responsible.

Need to Change or Cancel?

Email us at contact@groomsybeauty.com as soon as possible. Once your order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships. Tracking typically updates within 24–48 hours after handoff to the carrier.
